Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I cancel my order? Do you offer refunds for cancelled orders? 
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after checkout. We are not offering cancellations or refunds at this time  

Q: Can I add an item to a confirmed order? Can I change the size of the same shirt type?
A: We cannot accommodate "add on" items to existing orders or make changes to confirmed orders.  

Q: Can I change my shipping address? 
A: Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders it is not possible to amend shipping addresses after they have been placed. Please contact shipping@terryfox.org if you have made an error with your shipping address.  

Q: Can I place my order over the phone? 
A: We are unable to accommodate orders placed over the phone at this time.  

Q: Are your products produced in Canada? 
A: Our collection is produced in partnership with adidas. Each piece in the collection is printed by hand in Canada, making every item uniquely one of a kind. Slight variations may occur.
